I have a decent frame but My right shoulder is lower than the one on the left my friends told me that it is quite visible if you pay attention to it without being an extreme case in the same time I noticed in my entourage that I am not the only one to have this asymmetry (family and friend confused) how much can this failo and affect a person body and frame?

I have this to

smells like scoliosis

You know that it depends on the noticeability.
But you aren't giving us something to look at so how do you expect us to comment ?

I have that as well, although it's not as noticeable.

Is it a case of your entire body leaning to one side, or it one shoulder itself lower even in resting/neutral position?
