dermastamping on nose then applying clobetasol gone wrong

so i dermastamped my nose then applied clobetasol cuz i read a post where sum guy said if i dermastamp and then apply the cream it will work faster but now i have 2 small pimples on my nose what should i do? i applied adepelene to them someone help
