I already had genio. I can't really afford lefort/double jaw. For me it's either just softmaxing left, or cordless bungee jumping and roping.

Also the surgeons I consulted with didn't really see me as a candidate for double jaw as well. Maybe hypothetically I could have tried to go to a Turkish/euro surgeon or something if their standards are lower, but dunno.
 
Were you just hanging your mouth open to look cute?
Or do you just naturally hang your mouth open all the time cuz if that's the case then you got a problem on your hands

I have excessive tooth show. But it's more due to my lip skin/philtrum than any malocclusion. I'm not breathing through mouth, my lips (mainly upper lip) just doesn't cover up the teeth.

Well your maxilla is severely recessed, so you could prob get that covered by insurance

I consulted with surgeons about this and basically I ddit qualify for surgery/was not a candidate to use insurance or even cash pay easily at U.S. surgeons. I consulted with an Italian one who also didn't recommend it.

I doubt I can afford it on a decent timeline, since I imagine prices have gone up since I consulted with surgeons. I did a CT and x ray as well so my jaw might just be not very recessed. But anyhow like I said above, for me it's either roping or coping. But I'm here to get honest ratings primarily, from as many different people as possible, so that way I know which to do.

I've gotten a lot of variation in past ratings so I want to get a more strong idea of the situation.

get a lowlight and tone + root smudge or tap
ur hair is too light and orange

drop to atleast bmi 20.
focus on muscke gain not just fat loss
invest in natural clusters
 
i think you're very pretty! i would however suggest embracing your natural hair color. due to your fair/light facial features, your dark hair would create a stunning contrast.

i dont know much about hardmaxxing but i dont think you need (anymore) plastic surgery. :)
 
ur a lltn rn. i'd focus on better skin quality first + dropping some bf%. considering ur bf, stuff like retatrutide or aqualyx could help

Side profile honestly isn't bad at all. hair could use some work tho, that shade isn't doing u any favors imo. maybe try a darker blonde, it'd fit ur features better

I'd also change the lashes. they don't really complement ur eye area and kinda distract from ur features. Something more natural would prob suit u better

as for ur bone structure, lefort is prob the only thing I'd even consider mentioning, but that's a very extreme option

i think that losing weight will do the most of the job. dont starve but u have to stay in a calorie deficit, eat real food, and exercise. then i would fix hair color and health, this yellow/orange doesn’t suit very much, and ur hair looks pretty damaged. also ur eyebrows in some pics look pretty light, maybe try dye them and let them grow a bit.

Hmmm ok. I will lose weight and darken my eyebrows and tone my hair a lot and return back for another evaluation in late September.

Only trouble is that due to fat transfer I can't lose weight til 7/20. Regarding hair I didn't aim for yellow, I was trying for more platinum with some of my natural color as well. So maybe I'll switch dyes after letting roots grow a bit. Anyhow, ty for the help.

Should I use black for the brows?

crazy that you went the heavy surgery route before softmaxxing! great profile now, but you should dye your hair back to your natural color and do a body recomposition for a lower bf percentage

until that date just stay healthy. anyway, for ur eyebrows, i think that black will be too dark since ur skin is pretty fair. it depends on ur hair color. in my opinion like light brown hair or dark/ashy blonde would suit u. platinum would also suit u but its very hard to achieve a good result and to maintain it. dont dye ur eyebrows black for now, just try different shades maybe with some eyebrow pencils and see which suits u more and then dye them.

Nga wtf are those hardmaxx u did bro , u should done a rotative lefort 1 and a light zygomatic / temples reduction , nose is useless nga , and u are a girl so try lips filler lr directly lips fat grafting so it doesnt migrate , never get surgery if u are like a grey who doesnt know shi abt harmaxx and just listen what ur grey normies friend point out , no offfense

I had braces initially and was not recommended for jaw surgery. Subsequently when consulting for cheek/genio the genio surgeon who also did maxillofacial advancement stuff didn't recommend it when I asked. Finally after this surgery, I asked multiple jaw surgeons but they also did not suggest it, altho I worry my surgical history could have influenced their rejections.
The surgery I had was definitely not useless, as I was definitely a stone cold inkwell before.
But yeh RN I'll lose 20lbs and do darker eyelashes and try to make my hair a mix of platinum and be dirtier colored as well. Then I will report back and hope I can ascend. I've been at my highest weight ever in 2026/late 2025 for a few reasons so my face and body isn't representative of how it normally is, in terms of bf.

i’d try a different hair color, either a different shade of blonde or a brown. your current hair color does nothing for you and makes you look washed out. what is your natural color?
 
u gotta lose weight before you do anything else. your face will change drastically
