Like the name suggests, I’m wondering if diet pills sold at generic stores like Walmart are effective? If so, what are the best kinds? I can’t afford stuff like peptides or reta

No

Use natural appetite suppressants like caffeine or nicotine

I wouldn't do diet pills. maybe try a supplement that curbs your appetite. Also black cold brews or green tea help me.

I'm sorry, dear, but there are no such things as diet pills; there are stuff like oral semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Peptides are affordable grey

I know it's frustrating but losing it naturally is normally the best route if you want to look and feel the best. Maybe try a natural suppressant like caffeine for appetite, personally like black coffee and green tea with ginger the most. Make sure to do strength training and cardio as the more muscle you build up, you'll just burn more which also let's you eat more. Its always good in general to have a good amount of muscle mass for your body, especially long term so you can age better and will face less health complications. For diet, protein and fiber is elite at keeping you full and you can still have unhealthy food, just try and eat healthy 70% of the time.
