what are the most important things to have in your diet in order to look good besides protein (obviously). i know a calorie deficit is necessary to lose fat but what are the most important things to eat if you don’t have a ton of weight to lose. is it potassium?

Just eat beavers for breakfast, baboons for dinner and chipmunks for lunch

Animal fat tbh

+1 on micronutrients. You hit most of them you're gonna put your hormones in much better shape, and keep yourself fuller for longer/avoid cravings

In particular:
Vitamins - A, B12, C, E, and K
Minerals - Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc
Omega-3s (not a micronutrient but having a balanced fatty acids profile is crucial for avoiding inflammation)

is it sufficient to just take supplements for this stuff or does it need to all come from food
