I'm coping with the fact that I basically did this to myself and my current issues with binge eating were actually completely avoidable

Basically dieting is a skill and if you don't know what you're doing or are reckless you will likely become a yoyo dieter

90% of my diet is goyslop

Even without goyslop I still have issues, its definitely not physical but that means I can probably win against it

I tried just cutting out everything that wasn't vegetables and meat, it worked for awhile until my willpower gave out
