Typically, plasma pens, pens that create arcs of plasma, are used to create these micro-abrasions. However, these pens cost hundreds to thousands of dollars.
Alternatively, to plasma pens, $15 electrocautery pens, which are handheld surgical device that uses an electric current to generate high heat, can be used to achieve fibroblasting.
Most plasma pens you can purchase online. are actually electrocautery pens anyway, as they don't have a sufficient frequency to produce plasma anyway.
