your assymetry probably isn't that big of a deal is the consensus
i know it isnt that big of a deal but one of my eye looks bigger than my other eye so im assuming its gotta do something about my facial symmetry

i dont think sleeping on back would help this
not sure since when i sleep on the side i put constant pressure on that side of the face for 8hours, i just hate sleeping on my back but i think sleeping on my back will help since it doesnt put pressure on any side of my face

get a head ct scan and you can find out if the asymmetry is skeletal or due to other factors, (cartilage, soft tissues, fat distribution, etc)

if its skeletal then theres likely nothing you can do without surgery
if its due to other factors you can look into different methods and techniques (guasha, fascia release)
