I ain’t no expert in thigh ratios jfl , but u usually know it by looking them: some girls, for example, will have a nice body while being skinny and others won’t, even if body composition is similar.

It’s determined mostly by bone structure (just like a man’s shoulders) but muscle can change the overall shape up to a reasonable way (more than it would for male shoulders, in this case). Also fat tissue distribution is crucial there.

the skinny body is mostly out of fashion imo
youll see that a lot of chubby or even overweight women can get laid or get into a relationship
id say that being curvy/having a little extra weight probably serves you well, most feminine face shapes have leeway for extra face fat or even look more feminine with filled out cheeks
obviously dont go overboard but
mostly depends on ur face shape, who you want to appeal to, what ur fashion taste is, and what ur fat distribution is like (for most women it goes to the ass, thighs, boobs, and legs first)
women can be perceived as pretty no matter what face or body they wear though so dont stress it too much
