Do men prefer larger thighs (but no thigh gap) or skinny model like legs more?

There's the well known stacies (Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes) but I noticed there's not slim-thick like the typical female conventional body. Is a curvy body more important or does it only overcompensate for lesser attractive women?

+bonus question what body fat percentage is the most ideal
