Doesnt work, cortical bone is too rigid and hard to create deformation. If you do end up creating plastic deformation its like 220 kg . If you do dynamic torsional loading for microstrain its better for fluid flow within the bone and actual microstrain for 0.01% change in bone length.link tut

also if you're doing any of the dynamic torsional workouts you need a vibration plate under for enhanced dynamic torsion and minimizing compressive load so you dont get negatve microstrain.
