Serious do micro fractures work for height increase

What proof i dont have any it worked for me but it did, either do it or dont b.

Vertical micro fractures yes, horizontal fractures will just male the bones thicker
 
Doesnt work, cortical bone is too rigid and hard to create deformation. If you do end up creating plastic deformation its like 220 kg . If you do dynamic torsional loading for microstrain its better for fluid flow within the bone and actual microstrain for 0.01% change in bone length.

also if you're doing any of the dynamic torsional workouts you need a vibration plate under for enhanced dynamic torsion and minimizing compressive load so you dont get negatve microstrain.
