If the way people respond to me in real life contradicts the rating, why would I give the rating any weight? I get a significant amount of attention for looks from women, random ass people, coworkers, etc. I get all the satisfaction I could ever want out of it. A metric that doesn’t predict real-world outcomes isn’t a useful metric, so why should I use it to judge myself?

the obvious answer here is because the ratings are made on an incel forum full of ... well incels? A ton of shit that will deduct points from your rating are just random ass ratios that only nerds see and not one normie cares about in the actual world.
Just live life bro you might pick up a few tips here and there but if your day to day life isn't infested with low lives like you find here you're absolutely chilling.
