For me it's my droopy brows. I really, really hate it because I'm a cis female and I shouldn't really have a prominent brow bone, even if it's a soft one.

At least I already found a surgeon in Iran for forehead contouring surgery that will cost 4,190$, but time will tell since I have to save up money for it. I can hide it with bangs for the mean time.

I wish my dad's genes didn't cook me up with this one lmfao.

There is a surgery called Fleshy Nose Rhinoplasty that thins out the skin instead of changing the nose as a whole.

Don't get rid of facial fat, it will eventually go away as you get into your mid 20s-30s. Philtrum is ez, lip lift or filler.
