That leans on an anthropocentric moral lens. I wouldn't classify it as being "universal."

Most people view moral as relativistic. And grounding moral to objective is almost impossible without invoking some sort of "conscious creator," or how else would you put it in a objective category?

How is this lens anthropocentric? In this hypothetical thought experiment a human was shot by another human who will then go on to be judged and tried in a court full of humans so of course the argument will be from the lens that concerns humans and not a sand rat from timbuktu.. boii..
I meant the moral objectivity from a metaphysical lens. Think of Aquinas’ argument for God. There being the perfect form of every emotion/standard set by reality.

boiiii why would someone have to be pure 100% good in order to be considered a good person? if u go by that no ones a bad person either. like ur saying every human is selfish, which i dont disagree with. if someone is selfish does that mean everything theyve done on earth has been selfish? no ones pure bad or good no ones pure anything.

How does court have to do anything with morals? And doesn't your sand rat argument literally make it relativistic not universal?
