Doctors who sit in their office clinic often have interaction with medical representatives (MD).

These MDs have a deal with doctors so that doctors could prescribe medicines to patients which MDs advertise. Doctors prescribe for personal gain.

Doctors earn commission through these MDs by selling their medicines. The pharmacists, MDs and doctors are involved in this dirty game.
