I drink 2-3 liters per day or maybe moreDepends , if you are fat it will help in losing fat but if youre not fat and just bloated or you store fat more in your face then it will not mark as solution plsIn a day I have 10 to 18k steps and I think it debloats the face any info?

nahh I am trying to gain weightAre you just losing weight
Probably not, for example I store a lot of fat in my cheeks and I’ve gone down to low bf % like around 11-12 and I have hardly lost my cheek fat, the only way to fix that is to try to debloat by cutting down dairy eating more potassium and cutting down sodium drinking a lot of water mark as solutionI am normal weight so it wont do anything?
