Wow, look at you using anecdotal experience! There's literally nothing backing up on how caster oil even works for it. You can literally use topical minoxidil on your eyes and you don't have to be "bald" to use minoxidil.

yes i use amla oil which is very good for your hair, eyebrows, and lashes. i use it on my hair weekly and every now and then i apply it to my lashes. it makes a big difference
