Does creatine bloats the face ?

Solution
Idk n***a I don’t take this shit why y’all take every Jewish goy and surgery in the book 😭

Literally can’t understand ppl who have a desire for this it’s a scam
n***a it's the most studied supplement on the planet, and it was done on Creatine Monohydrate, far before the leader Creapure took the sales leadership

Yes because it increases water levels in tissues throughout the entire body, including the neck and the face, which leads to a bloated appearance facially

Give solution
No it doesn't bloat you. Most of the creatine will reach the muscles mass first. Side effects start at 10+ grams daily, while the recommended daily dose is around 1 to 5 grams daily for optimal results

The only study who confirm facial puffiness from creatine is a STUDY where they used to use 20g of creatine daily for few days.

While nowadays studies recommend 1-5 grams daily depending how users are gonna respond to it. It's better to start low dose and increasing overtime. @Blackpillirony creatine is not magical so start slow and stay in the recommend dosages, while drinking enough water daily to not tiring the kidneys, and always having a good sodium/potassium ratio as they're also carry the water inside the muscles.

help me looksmaxx and why ?
Forgot to answer to that when i've read again your thread.
Creatine isn't a miracle supplement, but he's one of the supplements who can indirectly help you looksmaxx by :

1/ Improving lean muscles mass (especially if you want to masc by adding frame to your physique)

2/ Improving recovery during your cardio/weightlifting sessions.

3/ Improving organs function (E.g. the Heart by improving his blood pumping ability, and the Brain against suspicions of mental diseases or Brain CTE/nerves damage)

Tony it nightly depends

Some people are very susceptible to bloating

My advice would be to do lower doses and spread your creatine intake throughout the day

creatine doesnt retain water in ur face muscles, ur facial muscles are different from ur body ones+ it usually is a side effect during the start
