im bmi 15 and my eyes are super hollow (probably because i’m an ethnic)
would gaining weight help create better eye support??

and is it even worth it to gain weight, i already hate my body and jawline and i fear how it’ll look with weight put on

no but eye grafting or rim orbital boonee implant sure would help,

if neither is possible then frauding is your best option

i got some fat in my eye area when i gained weight but bmi 15 is not really attractive you can just have lower body percentage if the concern is too much fat but bmi 15 is hard to get to so at least you're disciplined you should put on muscle instead

it would improve eye area if your eye area is bad due to being a twig

but some people just are genetically predisopositioned to having eye areas with no fat

idk what being ethnic has to do with it tho, thats cope
