It was something I came across on social media during a pandemic where every other video on instagram or tiktok were trying to sell you some bullshit but im still seeing some people use it routinely for reducing puffiness in their face with the little stone doing it in like certain rotations around their face. Looks interesting but i know if i google "Does it work?" its just going to obviously say yes

Yes can help debloat through lymphatic fluid drainage , but won’t give any permanent results. Just massaging your lymph notes from time to time proves just as effective 🤷‍♂️

Gua sha can temporarily reduce puffiness and improve circulation, but it doesn’t permanently lift skin
