Honestly there isnt much of a difference.
The difference is the makeup itself not how high end it is.
Personally i dislike high end makeup
I usaaly experiment with drug store brands like essence find what works best for me best for my skin

idk what either of these brands are, but my advice is to research the contents of the products instead of judging by the popularity alone. Idk if ur goal is to find one thats best for your skin or one that looks the best.

might not be worth it! most of the time drugstore dupes have the same ingredients as high end products. but for super high end products that havent been duped js get samples and see if u absolutely love it, and if u do, then invest in it yk?

ur skin definitely makes or breaks, I say don't spend too much money on base products as long as u blend properly get ur shade and do the right skin prep it could work the same as high end products, maybe invest more into things like eyeliner since some are definitely better than others.

it depends on the products tbh. some are really worth the price, but some others are too overrated and overpriced. for most products there are really good cheap brands. however for some products I think it’s kinda worth spending more so it lasts more on the skin and have a better durability

IMO it depends on what you mean by worth it, its not going to make ur makeup significantly different but it is noticeable for me in terms of lasting longer and looking smoother, particularly YSL for powder products and Dior/Estee laudree for liquid. Lip products not necessarily any different by brand apart from maybe lip balms [would recommend summer fridays]

ABSOLUTLY! But expensive dose not always mean better . The only things I just have to get the expensive version of is stuff that lasts , lauramercier powder , ysl powder bronzer , charlotte tilbury bronzer , erborian fondation or cc creams . The only thing taht is equal or superior in drugstore version is mascara tbh
