Lets say you can hide the shoe with baggy pants/its a well designed elevator shoe. Would it look the same as LL surgery? (Adding 3 inches to tibia vs adding 3-4 inches of total height with lifts + shoes)
I'm 5'4, thinking of getting LL from Dr Paley when I have the money. I'd much rather wear elevator shoes + lifts to go to 5'7 if possible (doesn't look obvious). I can commit to it permanently tbh. The only reason I'm considering LL is that wearing those looks obvious at my height. But if it looks exactly the same as LL, then there's no point.
When I'm wearing elevators, I don't have a problem with bad or weird proportions as a lot of people naturally have them. Its only when shit looks blatantly obvious to anyone that isn't blind, thats when its a problem.
Average height where I live is 5'9, so 5'7 isn't death tier here.
