Does rosemary oil work?

I recently started using rosemary oil specifically the botanic hearth rosemary hair oil and wanted know if it actually works on my eyebrows and lashes, I’m getting mixed reactions on the internet and people are saying to just use minoxidil, should I just switch to minoxidil?

i did used to use rosemary oil and water the water helped the most it does help a bit
u can use them together infact
and to make rosemary water just boil rosemary in water and strain it
and dont put rosemary oil on lashes just get a lash serum
