no, def not only possible with roids, its called "body recomp" its a real thing and really cool. What you want to do is be in a deficit, but not by too much, like 200-500 cal deficit. Make sure you eat high protein and time your carbs to before your weight session. for neck, back, and shoulders the best exercises are lat pulldowns and pullovers for back, lateral raises and shoulder press for shoulders, and neck just neck curls. Your neck will get bigger with just lifting and tensing them up, like with deadlifts and honestly any coumpound lift. mark as solutionUse this lol ? My question would be that can i build muscle while im on a deficit?
I want to build muscle main into my neck my shoulders and back but i still want to lose fat
