I think maybe. When you're pale the red just looks more red. Kinda blends into the tan. But if you get acne scars they'll probably be darker

If the complexion is uneven cause of things like skin discoloration acne scars etc yes sure it’s gonna look even worse but the question was about acne so I went under the impression that there were no other skin problems aside from the pimples. And tan doesn’t mean you have even skin complexion it just means your skin is a tad darker you can still have uneven tone no matter the color. Even if it meant your skin was completely even mfs are still going to see all of those puss filled red dots on your face sure it might not stick out as much but they are still clearly visible assuming you have noticeable acne
