Does the glycogen lost from short intervals of running translate to fat loss?

As your mph running increases, the percentage of calories lost through glycogen increases.

So despite the fact that running at 3mph burns less calories, more of the calories lost at that speed are fat, rather than glycogen or other carbohydrates.

Does lost glycogen from short term runs (like a mile at max speed) translate to fat loss?



(i know most of my threads are shitposts but I need an actual answer this time)
