Eat liver but cook it because the vitamins don't disappear when cooked, but the bacteria die. Your test results are already great just get good sleep, lift heavy objects, and continue eating healthy

"Dr. Paul Saladino, known as Carnivore MD and the person who started the raw meat/liver trend worldwide, admitted that after eating only animal products for 5 years, his testosterone levels dropped and he experienced sleep problems, so he gave up his diet"

When meat is cooked, the absorption (bioavailability) of its proteins and iron increases. Raw meat is difficult to digest, and the body expends more energy to break it down.

This study examines the effect of meat consumption on hormones in young men. It shows that raw meat is not a miracle cure; on the contrary, some organ meats and processed meats do not provide the expected benefits for hormone balance.

It's retarded cope JFL, no proof whatsoever. If you want to have good natural test levels sleep well, don't eat processed shit, do consistent physical activity, don't stress and don't consume drugs/alcohol
