Very bad if training for aesthetics
Very good if training for overall fitness

Workouts involving kettlebells are mostly unstable and will not hit the main muscle that you are targeting. Trapbar deadlifts are ok but should be replaced with hinge movements like a RDL OR SLDL. Dips are not as good as ppl say and you’re better off doing an isolated chest and tri exercise differently. Upright rows are another non stable option that can be replaced by other options that isolate the traps or delts. Hammer curls are ok, but remember that they don’t isolate the biceps but rather the brachialis. A toosa curl or preacher will be the best bet for bicep. The lat raise, tri extensions, and dumbbell pullover are good tho. Also rep range should ideally be in the 4-8 range.
I'm a firefighter
Then yeah the workouts will be beneficial for you, bc of your job
