Ear reduction surgery

Does anybody know some good surgeons that perform ear reduction surgery(not otoplasty). I have long ears.

You might just want to fraud it with long hair for now
 
just to clarify otoplasty is aka ear pinning, basically if you ears are over projected they fold them closer to your head

ear reduction actually changes the size of your ears?
