Something I like to do which made me see more results than just starving is:

Big breakfast & Big dinner.

First, get your goal weight in pounds and multiply it by 12.
Example: 143 pounds x 12 = 1,716
That’s your calories for the day

Then, take that weight again and multiply by 0.7
Example: 143 pounds x 0.7 = 100.1
That’s your protein goal

The thing is that if you prepare your breakfast and dinner in advance for the next day, you don’t have to worry about what you have to eat and its macros on the spot. The day before, I get:

•3 Slices of whole grain bread
•Any kind of deli or high protein meat of preference
•Eggs, extra vitamin ones with deep orange yolks
•Protein yogurt cups, usually 2x

And I got my breakfast there. it’s around 1,000 calories and 80g of protein, big breakfast but gets you going through the day.

And for dinner, I just get maybe 250g of beef chuck steak and air fry it and season it a bit, maybe with a bit of butter and such. And with that, I hit my protein goal of around 130g, and I have some wiggle room for a small treat.

I eat from 6-7 AM, fast for the rest of the day drinking water and zero calorie stuff and eat my dinner at 3 PM. I’ve been doing this for months, and I started doing this almost accidentally since my school had horrible caloric lunch so I would just wait until school was over to eat.

Of course, some people may say that you need a better diet with Whole Foods, primal foods and other bullshit but… 9/10, it’s really expensive or unsustainable for most. I’m not stopping you, I’m just saying it’s pretty risky.

Overall, you can try this “vanilla” and “mainstream” way of losing weight slowly whilst maintaining muscle (Which is a GREAT way to prevent being skinny fat) if you pair it with weight lifting, it’s all up to you. The best way to lose weight is if you make it something that’s part of your routine and not something that makes you miserable, like a military slave.

straight from gpt

or just take clen

Op makes a good point, only faggots cheat there way in life, aswell, you going to get some like risky ass aids like side effects from these indian and chinese supps
See, he gets it. And, you naturally learn how to stay lean and not instantly gain the fat when you miss one day of GLP-1s. Fatasses

You have to stop priding yourself on such stupid unrealistic things.

You can’t afford glp-1s so you say that everyone who can is just a lazy fatass.

They have no side effects and if you buy from random people and get aids that is entirely on you for not doing research. You could just as easily get some disease from contaminated food from the store.

You are not privileged enough to afford glp-1s so you say everyone who can is a fatass I can see it in your hostile attitude.

Also it is difficult to gain weight after stopping glp-1s especially with triz and reta. Semaglutide not as much.

Diet is important but don’t mischaracterize your poverty with superiority and discipline

I'm sorry but why do you say that your daily calories are dependent on your goal weight? shouldn't it be based on your current weight and maintenance and then adjusted as you lose it?

He is eating the maintenance at his desired weight

It’s the same thing in the end it’s just caloric deficit

0.8 grams of protien per pound is better

what type, i use creatine, flinston protein gummies, and plain whey.
I usually get my protien through protien products cus my parents dont let me have meat for dinner too often
Make sure to get some protien from whole foods though because the average whey product is lacking in serenine and glycine which are important for muscle hypertrohpy

why not, are you vegan tren user

“Lab rat” when it’s been around since the 80s and has shown no long term undesirable consequences

I am doing anything but coping

i usually just eat in a 8 hour window so im fasting for most of the day it makes a big difference
i sometimes also skip lunch when i have a big breakfast ik its not the best but who cares? i dont
just eat clean and cut processed foods as much as you can (not all but like junk food, fried foods and useless sugar( fruits are the best source of sugar))
