When I was a little kid I grew up pretty chubby (didnt weigh more than average tho), I had 2 best friends who were like 1-5 kg lighter than me. We told our weights and I was very jealous so I thought I need to lose weight and then I tried all the abs workouts that don’t work if u have enough body fat on u and in some time I got into some korean bs “Wonyoungism” on tiktok and they had a pretty anorexic community so ofc I lost weight, became anorexic at like 11?¿ (later I quit wonyoungism)but later my dad threatened that I’ll be hospitalized so I kinda started eating and lost weight again and so on, at that time I was like thin like a skeleton and thought I need to gain weight so I started working out with light weights and gained some muscle mass also I lowkey became obsessed with health and fitness, im not anorexic anymore but I MIGHT have orthorexia because I really fear junk food and try to eat as “clean” as possible. But I mean.. better than before so honestly all good im js healthy now
