now I bring you the one without accutane for my poor sub5.
OPTION B: WITHOUT ACCUTANE
for mild to moderate acne or if you don't want harsh medications buddy. Less aggressive, but very effective.
ROUTINE:

And up to here, I personally used both, first Accutane when I had very severe acne, the other is the one I normally use, bye cuties.

Days 1-3-5: Salicylic Acid 2%
Days 2-4-6: Adapalene 0.1%
Day 7: Hydration only
Moisturizer: Nivea Soft

Zinc – 30 mg/day
Green Tea (EGCG) – in capsules or drink
Omega-3 – optional, but helpful
HABITS 0 sugar
0 dairy
0 fried food
Sleep 7–8 hours
Don’t touch your face
