Hey guys, I'm 15 as of now and started doubting my looks during the pandemic, and the feeling hasn't stopped ever since. I started running semi-regularly and going to the gym near the middle of February when my entrance exams were finished, but I have no idea how to eat 'clean' or put a proper workout plan together. Would urgently like to improve my face, since I'm already disadvantaged by it being round and me highkey being a bigback, and high school is right around the corner. I only plan to make small and nonpermanent changes to my face (if even possible) as long as I'm in my formative years. Any gym, hairstyle, makeup, diet, or general advice are welcome!
