I'm sure all of you have heard of our dear Gatis
The most primal n***a on Earth that lives on the woods to avoid the German police, predatormaxxing imitating hunt. The guy with the most monotone voice.
He has some good opinions, but he has done a lot of harm to the Looksmaxxing grays which have fell victim to his Ted Bundy personality and made them part of his cult
Now, let me get this straight. Raw meat is another trendy diet. You're no different from those old hags that don't eat meat and just eat carrot juice. And I'll be expanding here why it isn't a must to eat raw meat to develop a good face.
1. Raw meat increases testosterone
2.Raw meat improves facial development
3. Raw meat leads to better physiques
4. Traditional hunter populations prove it works
If these things were actually true, we would expect to see clear, consistent evidence that people eating large amounts of raw meat have better physiques or facial structures than everyone else.
But the evidence simply isn't there. That's why I'm making this thread.
"Well chud, traditional tribes eat raw meat and look strong"
Let's get the obvious clear here. The ONLY tribe they usually show as an example is the Maasai tribe which yes, they're very impressive. BUT THESE PEOPLE FORGET THE MAASAI AREN'T THE ONLY PEOPLE IN AFRICA LOL
Let me show you examples of other tribes:
1. Hadza
2. The bushmen (also known as one of the shortest people on earth jfl yeah raw meat diet works broo)
3. The Himba Tribe
4. The Turkana tribe
Now, there are good looking people from these tribes with good bonemass and etc. BUT GUESS WHAT n***a, SO DOES YOUR TOWN, YOUR VILLAGE, OR YOUR SCHOOL. It proves what has been watER since 2010: genetics trumps any lifestyle choice.
Besides, people seem to only highlight raw meat in the diet as the miracle that made those good looking people from those tribes as the sole factor. The truth is, people forget these tribes also...
1. Have extremely high daily physical activity
2. Have prolonged sun exposure and are outdoors most of the time
...which is the common denominator between ALL good looking people.
Every few years, a new diet gets pushed as the secret to peak health or aesthetics:
juice cleanses
extreme veganism
carnivore diets
raw food movements
Raw meat is the latest aesthetic version of that pattern.
But when you look at what consistently improves physical appearence, testosterone and health the basics remain the same:
1. Adequate protein
2. Good overall nutrition
3. Healthy bodyfat levels
4. Sleep and recovery
We all know that chewing hard foods provides stimulation to the muscle. Dr Mew made an experiment with his sons, giving 2 of his sons a hard food diet (not raw meat)
The results speaks for themselves...

Now that we settled that the hardness of the food matters, HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GET BETTER FACIAL DEVELOPMENT EATING RAW MEAT, WHICH IS KNOWN TO BE ESPECIALLY SOFT LOL
And let me tell you if it worked these guys wouldn't be scared or would feel nauseous thinking about it. We're talking about the same people that made drinking raw eggs popular (Schwarzenegger), the same people that blend meat, milk, and eggs into the blender to get the maximum ammount of calories and that are on experimental drugs and a shitton of substances.
If raw meat provided a clear advantage for muscle growth, hormone levels and recovery, then it's reasonable to expect competitive bodybuilders would alredy be doing it.
Modern bodybuilding diets are controlled to the last calorie. Athletes carefully measure protein, calories and macronutrients to support training and recovery.
That alone would make you wonder why these people haven't started doing it. (spoiler: because it doesn't work)
