No. Zinc does help your body produce test but it won't increase it enough to make your voice deeper, and not in 2 weeks, that's for sure

It's not, not in 2 weeks, even if you were undergoing normal puberty. Maybe it is getting deeper, who knows, but to notice it you'd have to wait longer than two weeks
