Sliding genioplasty is the fix when you want NON implant NON filler PERMANENT structural change.
This is a full osteotomy of the mandibular symphysis, meaning yes, they cut the bone (donât be a scared high inhib pussy itâs unironically easier to perform than implants) mobilize it, and move it forward, itâs quite literally a surgery that REPLICATES the process of forward growth in the lower third localized in the chin.
Now the reason this is god tier is it uses the already present bone to customize the lower third by PRECISE milimeters far better than what even a custom implant of few ml of filler (saying this as a filler glazer) can do.
