How the fuck are you supposed to know it a guy likes you

I met him a few months ago we’re close we have a bunch in common like interests and music taste he’s super cute and he has the best accent ever and I just really feel like I can be myself around him he’s also nd and I feel like he gets me in a way that a lot of people don’t seem to anyway

he has friends who say he likes me but I think I know him better than a lot of them (not to sound weird) since we have a lot more in common/talk more about stuff I feel like he genuinely might just see me as a close friend and feel comfortable talking to me and the reason he replies fast and stuff is again bc of that

they’re saying he became a better person after talking to me but again that doesn’t mean he wants me and could be for sm reasons

anyway he hasn’t done anything super obvious besides asking to hang out (we saw a movie yesterday) but he didn’t make any moves or anything. im the only person irl he let follow him on tiktok and today he sent me a kind of romantic tiktok edit but it could also be the song or something? but he has no experience with girls before this so idk if expecting him to be obvious if he does like me is crazy

Mentioning this cuz I know someone would say “if he likes you you’ll know” but I don’t and I can also be slow OR delusional at times

anyway I like him a lot and I’ve been thinking about that stupid edit all day god I’m a loser
