exercises to help minimize hip dips

i just wanted to share what worked for me, i used to have really bad hip dips and now theyre less noticeable
do you think weight gain is a part of it, since gym requires higher calories? skinny people have a lot more defined bone structure

no i included that in diet changed

i have a 1200 calorie intake daily
that is too little for a developing person, you are already underweight looking
try to gradually increase calories
