do you think weight gain is a part of it, since gym requires higher calories? skinny people have a lot more defined bone structure
i wasn’t going to the gym when i started exercising, the rest of my body also looks about the same
 
no i included that in diet changed

i have a 1200 calorie intake daily
not enough for much growth, atp there’s no point in gym without proper diet
