Method Exercising is the same as cutting yourself

It will shorten lifespan less because the body will only need to repair a smaller area

Dont wanna eat vegetables because maybe they are kinda toxic and not so healthy?

Accept your fate as a framelet, a muscular body is just simply not attractive. You're better off buying shoulder pads than going to the gym.
Good physique = broad shoulders and thin waist built by skeleton (genetic)
Only useful muscle to train in gym is neck if you have a pencil one.

Well yeah when you cut vs when you exercise the damage is done differently to different types of cells
When you damage your muscle cells by exercising they tear and grow back bigger than before if you keep doing it to ADAPT so it doesnt tear so easily again
When you cut you directly slice all the cells
But still when you cut it scars, and if you keep cutting the scars will be harder and thicker next time.

Well yeah when you cut vs when you exercise the damage is done differently to different types of cells
When you damage your muscle cells by exercising they tear and grow back bigger than before if you keep doing it to ADAPT so it doesnt tear so easily again
When you cut you directly slice all the cells
But still when you cut it scars, and if you keep cutting the scars will be harder and thicker next time.
And tbh gym is even that good for increasing overrall stregth, callisthenics is better at that

i have 20 inch shoulders with an average waist id say , i am mostly lean with prettyboy muscle mass , will that be enough ( in your opinion )

my life turned significantly better after i started exercising, i was happier and had more energy

Excersising shouldnt be seen as a very special or different activity done by the man

Excersising is simply straining the muscles , and doing this results on destroying muscle's tissue cells which get regenerated stronger and thicker than before,
this is a normal thing in the nature of the man but also of the animal, which since it's begin strained his muscles by running or doing other physical activities which were required for survival.

It isn't. For humans at least, for some animals yes because they are BUILT to run, naturally running is no problem for them and they don't get stressed by it.
Humans DO NOT exercise in nature.
In nature, humans live in groups. This scares off animals, so that already eliminates the "humans need to run from animals"
In nature, humans also don't run after animals to hunt them because that's basically impossible lol, humans CANNOT outrun any animal that they'd wanna eat. They used traps and weapons.

After hunting, they either drag with their hands or with ropes or carry IN GROUP the bodies of the animals, minimizing how much they exert their bodies.

Humans in nature avoid stress as much as possible. They live sedentary lifestyles.

Even if they didn't, it would still be bad for you which is my point.

seems fair as a point but i still think that having an active life is healthier than sleeping and sitting all day long

what are you talking about. humans don't have body hair because they evolved to be long distance runners.

anyway, where are the scientific citations that a light or medium amount of exercise is harmful
