Ironically though, cutting yourself is healthier than exercising jfl
It doesn't require exerting your body which makes it less stressful
The location of where you will harm yourself is more centralized and smaller, where as when you exercise you harm a large part of your body, it could be one entire muscle, an entire limb or even an entire half of your body
It will shorten lifespan less because the body will only need to repair a smaller area
