Extremely bad pic of me online...what to do?

So this summer I went to my friend's graduation and his mum posted a pic where I appear too...the issue: I look subhuman. I was on my period, I had greasy hair, shit camera quality and I was bloated af as the days prior to it I had a really hard exam so for energy I ate lots of sugars. My body doesn't get bloated, but my face does sadly. Whay should I do? To tell my family friend to edit the post and cut me out or to leave it like that?

I hate this camera type...so flat. It was a Samsung. I am the biggest hater of Samsung cameras.

Well...I live in uk at the moment, but here I was spending the start of the summer in Romania with my family friends. Their son graduated there.
My life story is a long one...I am an adopted kid from an adoption center in uk yet one of my adoptive parents is not british and neither are my biological parents(apparently)🤣
I also lived in Czechia for some years as one of my parents is from there....a huge headache

where in romania exactly? if it was in transylvania u were in hungary actually

Believe me...we aren't related yet i look more like them than my adoptive parents tho

You would be shocked by my dna test. I did one as I looked a bit too different from the british kids and since I couldn't find my bio parents(I don't even want to anymore), my parents did that for me

I see it...he has been compared to lots of south italian descend people. He totally looks it. He looked good in his youth but he shows clearly why you shouldn' smoke. Like his wife had/has lots of health issues and she is overweight, yet she looks better than him now, at least skin quality wise.
