Eye area maxxing and fraud advice needed

My eye area is quite my biggest nerf I’d say. I dye and curl my lashes as well as dying my eyebrows and draw them thicker. Is there anything else to maximize the eye area? I’m doing some procedures soon but need something in the meantime.

Concelear can hide the recession from the front a little as it can hide the shadow
