I think smoking weed might work. Makes your eyes chinked out but gets rid of the bags.

or maybe sleep more? smoking weed is not worth fixing your eyebags with the health detrimental effects it can have?

Sleep more, you can also use caffeine serum and that works for me.

eyebags im pretty sure are as a result of a bad/underdeveloped maxilla. If you're still going through puberty then just wait untill your maxilla is fully developed.
