is this valid progress? i have been peforming alot of eye exercises, including the udud (or whatever rahh) method for quite a long time.

Best idea ever made, Squinting has helped me alot in this journey, my eyes are finely hooded (very little exposure now).

God knows how many telegram documents, youtube exercises, and other stuff I looked up, especially focused on squinting andespecially the UDD OR WHATEVER method. Constantly and consistently, overtime I saw changes, but its quite possible.

Up Down Up Down method, and squinting in most bases. Did it every time, non stop and as consistent as possible.

Great job thickening your eyebrows! I think it has covered up some of your upper eyelid exposure, so it has definitely ascended u quite noticeably. Making progress, keep up the good work!
