Id say ur hhtb, we kinda have the same side profile not to mention and im planning to get lip implants soon. You could do the same! Ur nose is fine and i dont think it needs surgery, but if you want it to look curved then go for it. Ur vvvv beautiful

ur nose and ur lips, in ur side profile ur forehead is protruding a tad too much if you were to get a nose job, so id say even it out by covering it w hair or something.

depends what u do. im not even htb apparently so i dont think u could be with hardmax. besides ur eyes r rlly close together not ideal,, could try makeup to make an illusion
