You need to gain muscle weight, get your bf percentage checked first, if it’s above 12-15% you’re fine, as long as you’re getting your menstrual cycle you’re not stuggling then you’re fine, if you’re still not sure if a calorie deficit, eat healthy foods and track your calories make sure to eat protein 1.6 grams per kilo of body weigh, and fat 0.8 grams per kilo of body weight, and make the rest of your calories to be made up of carbs.
