Lose body fat, bmi means nothing, it’s an outdated way to make sure you’re growing properly, it doesn’t help with understanding your body composition, go on a calorie deficit, go to the gym, and you’ll see results

You need to gain muscle weight, get your bf percentage checked first, if it’s above 12-15% you’re fine, as long as you’re getting your menstrual cycle you’re not stuggling then you’re fine, if you’re still not sure if a calorie deficit, eat healthy foods and track your calories make sure to eat protein 1.6 grams per kilo of body weigh, and fat 0.8 grams per kilo of body weight, and make the rest of your calories to be made up of carbs. If you don’t know how many calories to eat, search up tdee calculator and be honest, you’ll only make it worse if you inflate your statistics

Not neccesarily, majority of your vitamins need other nutrients in order to actually work properly or atleast work better which are gained from veggies.
