So there is absolutely no way of actually changing your bone structure or making your bones thicker by exercises. Don’t even start with these cope methods such as thumb pulling etc it’s all bs it’s genetics and called growing up. Now what i wanna ask tho is we got the zygomaticus major muscle. I jus wanna hear what y’all think. is there any way you could work that muscle out by facial exercises to potentially grow it and make your cheekbones look. a lil better. now ofc genetics play a role here since some ppl can grow it easier then others. but what do y’all say bout this
 
all looskmax methods are mostly bs you can only really change ur face by dieting and doing cardio

yes i know but many ppl claim they changed their bones by exercises when in reality they grew up. its so sad seeing them promote all these exercises that will promote bone growth lmao
 
nope, and even if u were to work them out hard enough. you’d become a chipmunk basically.
 
how do you get less water retention ?
Even if u lowered bf or removed bloat u would not have those type of bone structure. If u wanna have her uncanny bones get cheek filler

Most important thing is losing overall body fat %, you should also drink like 2-3L water daily and lower salt intake and increase potassium intake. But this is all useless if you're not lean enough.

Which is not even worth it for most women, honestly women don't even need super sharp faces. It's a more masculine trait actually.
Those uncanny cheekbones look like you've gotten plastic surgery to most ppl.

im not gonna have uncanny cheekbones i showed u the video because of the exercise remember? not for a reference to the cheekbones i want. I want to slim my face just a bit and grow my cheek muscles. Sure she already had good cheek bones but i still see a slight difference. Do you think i could gain a slight difference too?
