So there is absolutely no way of actually changing your bone structure or making your bones thicker by exercises. Don’t even start with these cope methods such as thumb pulling etc it’s all bs it’s genetics and called growing up. Now what i wanna ask tho is we got the zygomaticus major muscle. I jus wanna hear what y’all think. is there any way you could work that muscle out by facial exercises to potentially grow it and make your cheekbones look. a lil better. now ofc genetics play a role here since some ppl can grow it easier then others. but what do y’all say bout this
