Faceshape after pulling out a molar tooth?

Basically the second molar on my lower right side basically just fell apart. I wanted an implant but my dentist said that since im 19 she didnt recommend getting one,since my face isnt fully developed so she suggested getting a singular prosthetic tooth. Im confused if this could cause any facial change, like asymmetry or recession in my face.

A prosthetic tooth is is not gonna give you asymmetry, it’s supposed to do the opposite
